FAT CAT DELIVERIES LLC: Where Delicious Jams and Jellies Meet Potable Water!

Hold on to your hats, folks, because we’ve got some exciting news! FAT CAT DELIVERIES LLC, the water delivery service that’s been making waves (and possibly making people sick) in our community, has issued a response to our recent article, and it’s a doozy. In fact, they even go as far as to suggest that an “eye for an eye”
approach is appropriate when it comes to any criticism of their
practices.

Bradley Johnson, the owner of FAT CAT DELIVERIES LLC, made a comment
that has left us scratching our heads. When asked about the concerns
raised in our recent article, Johnson replied with a cryptic “eye for an
eye.”  We’re not exactly sure what he meant by this, but we can only assume
that it’s a reference to the Biblical phrase about retaliation. Perhaps
he believes that if someone accuses FAT CAT DELIVERIES LLC of having
unsafe water practices, they should be punished in some way? Or maybe he
just really likes that phrase and thought it sounded cool.

According to FAT CAT DELIVERIES LLC, they are licensed by BBB and LLC, two of the most impressive-sounding acronyms in the business world. And not only that, but the water they deliver comes from a “business certified well” that’s used to make FAT CAT FARMS jams and jelly sold at local farmers markets. Who knew that jams and jellies and potable water could be such close cousins?

But here at the Omak Republic, we’re not so easily convinced. We have a few questions for Mr. Johnson and FAT CAT DELIVERIES LLC:

  • What is the legal location of the well used to source the water for delivery?
  • Are you allowed to transport water off your property, per state regulations and property title, well agreement with the county?
  • Are you licensed with Tonsaket as a vendor?
  • Why are you using non-NSF certified pumps and hoses when delivering water that’s intended for consumption?
  • How are you testing the tank cleanliness and water, as required by federal law and WA state?

As for the concerns we raised about their use of non-NSF certified pumps and hoses, and other issues related to their water delivery practices, well, we suppose we were just being paranoid. We’re sure that the water delivered by FAT CAT DELIVERIES LLC is perfectly safe, despite the fact that they’re not using NSF certified pumps and hoses. Who needs certification when you’ve got a business license and a well that’s certified to make jams and jellies, right?

Regardless of Mr. Johnson’s intentions, we at the Omak Republic feel
that the safety and health of our community should be a top priority.
We’re concerned that FAT CAT DELIVERIES LLC is operating without proper
certification and using non-NSF certified equipment, which could
potentially put our community’s health at risk. We hope that Mr. Johnson
and FAT CAT DELIVERIES LLC take these concerns seriously and take the
necessary steps to ensure the safety of their customers.

Sincerely,

The Omak Republic
